Assistant Trainer – Hilary

My name is Hilary and I am an athlete and a model/actress. I have been doing sports my entire childhood, which includes 12 years of dance, gymnastics, Allstar Cheerleading and softball. I have done ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop. I have also played two different levels of softball at the same time – house league and select. I am a pitcher, which has helped me develop focus while under pressure, team work and a lot of self confidence. These are all skills I plan on passing on to my team to help them achieve their goals. While I was playing softball 2-3 times a week, I was also training twice a week for Allstar Cheerleading. I was a base (which means I was the one on the bottom throwing the girls in the air) for 3 out of my 4 years of cheerleading. I had really tightened and toned my body from cheerleading and will have my team be doing the same exercises that I had to do at practice.



Though I may not have a background in personal training specifically, I do have a background in being both physically and mentally fit. I believe in using your body weight to strengthen your muscles, and that you can achieve the same results with sports, as you do with weights and machines. My athletic background will help build my team into strong warriors, not just physically but mentally as well. I’m excited to meet my team and grow as a team into stronger independent women. I¬†will be there every step of the way with them – through thick or thin. We are a team and will remain a team regardless.
